InspectPro Is a Tool

InspectPro is a digital tool that assists building inspectors in creating inspection reports. InspectPro does not conduct inspections, provide inspection advice, or generate inspection findings.

Inspector Responsibility

All report content — including observations, findings, photos, annotations, and recommendations — is authored solely by the inspector using the app. The inspector retains full professional responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and conclusions contained in any report produced using InspectPro.

InspectPro’s role is limited to providing the software platform for report creation, formatting, and delivery. InspectPro does not review, validate, endorse, or verify any inspection content.

Data Integrity

InspectPro takes reasonable steps to ensure that data entered by the inspector is accurately stored and reproduced in generated reports. Inspection data is stored primarily on your device, with backend storage available as a fallback for data loss recovery. Temporary PDF uploads for client delivery are automatically deleted after use.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be lawfully excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, InspectPro’s total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for your InspectPro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

InspectPro is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the content of inspection reports, including but not limited to inspection findings, opinions, or recommendations authored by the inspector.
