Why inspectors ditch templates for InspectPro

The insulation standard sets minimum R-values for ceiling (R3.3) and underfloor (R1.3) insulation, with specific rules about existing insulation that is in reasonable condition. A static checklist can prompt you to check these items, but it cannot calculate heat loss, validate R-values, or flag when an insulation product installed in 2005 no longer meets the current standard.
