Polish any report on a big screen before you send it. Open a backup from InspectPro, edit the text and photos, then export the final client PDF and a re-importable backup. Everything runs in your browser — your inspection data never leaves your device.
Works on Mac, Windows, and iPad. Best PDF output in Chrome or Edge.
Use it right in your browser — nothing to install. Or install it as an app to open it in its own window and work offline:
- Chrome or Edge: click the install icon in the address bar, or open the menu and choose Install.
- Safari on Mac: click Share, then Add to Dock.
- Safari on iPad: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Edit report wording on a full keyboard
- Crop, rotate, and annotate photos — arrows, boxes, brightness
- Add, reorder, or remove images
- Export the final client PDF
- Export a re-importable backup — changes flow back into the app
How the editor works
Three steps from a phone backup to a polished PDF
Export a backup
In InspectPro, go to Settings → Data Management and export a backup — a ZIP file you save to your computer.
Open the editor
Open the Report Editor in your browser and load that backup. Pick the report you want to polish.
Edit & export
Fine-tune the text and photos, then export the finished client PDF — and a re-importable backup to keep the app in sync.
