The 5 Stage Inspections
Foundation Inspection
Foundation and slab inspection — reinforcing, formwork, and Building Code B1.
Framing Inspection
Framing inspection — timber grades, bracing, connections, and NZS 3604.
Pre-Clad Inspection
Pre-clad inspection — wall underlay, flashings, cavity systems, and E2.
Pre-Line Inspection
Pre-line inspection — plumbing, electrical, insulation before linings.
Final Inspection
Final inspection — CCC readiness, code compliance, and completion.
